CT government is passing budgets based upon huge tax increases and possible concessions from unions. Are you kidding me? Its like they're living on a dream. Wouldn't it have made more sense to get that hard work done first? Cutting expenses and negotiating with the unions? Anyone can type up a bunch of words and sign a piece of paper. Guess who loses again? Us taxpayers trying to stay afloat.
