Often I get asked where did the name Rubicon Crossings Realty come from? So
here goes the story...7 years ago on a September day, Rubicon Crossings was
started as a real estate business with it's mission to provide "an
irrevocable commitment to it's clients." There is no turning back. It is
reported Caesar said, before he crossed the Rubicon River in Italy with his
legion, *ālea iacta est* ,* "the
die is cast." *We understand the complexities, the anxiety and the stress
involved with buying or selling a property and with that in mind...we
deliberately work our marketing campaigns to help our sellers get the most
exposure possible so they may sell their home at the best terms for them, we
deliberately search for the best homes for our buyers and negotiate strongly
to get them the best terms and conditions. Back to the story...once Caesar
crossed the Rubicon River with his army he was victorious and became the
Roman Emperor...he made an irrevocable commitment to his men that they would
be victorious, there was no turning back and that they would all share in
the rewards of their accomplishment...learn more here
